Refund Policy

Our Happy Pet Guarantee

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your cultivated product to request a refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@friendsandfamily.pet. There's no requirementn to send back your item – we only ask that you pass it to a friend or familiy member, or donate it to a shelter or charity.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds

Please remember after 30 days we cannot issue a refund, but will still do our best to make it right. When we do issue refunds, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, and in some circumstances may takes up to 14 days after the refund has been processed by us.
